Hugo Liu is an award-winning Producer based in the Bay Area. Originally from Hong Kong, he started a career in film working at a camera rental shop, and since expanded to be a director and cinematographer on several narrative short films, including two accepted into the Hong Kong International Film Festival.

He has completed an education in Motion Picture, and continues to produce and direct narratives, documentaries, and commercials under his production company 1111. He has worked as a production assistant, gaffer, camera operator, and production coordinator across Asia and the United States alongside production companies for clients such as Google, Salesforce, eBay, Firefox, and more, and he also interned under Turner Broadcasting in Singapore.
